XL88 — 8 x 8 Matrix Mixer. Console-Grade. Rack-Mount.

The XL88 takes the matrix section of a flagship Midas console and delivers it as a standalone 4U rack unit. Eight balanced inputs, eight matrix outputs, eight direct outputs — line-level expansion for any console that needed eight fully independent zone or fill mixes.

Console-Section Quality in a 4U Frame

Eight balanced inputs (20 kΩ balanced, 10 kΩ unbalanced) feed eight matrix outputs and eight direct outputs at console-grade audio performance: <0.01% THD @ 1 kHz, +21 dBm maximum level, frequency response 20 Hz - 20 kHz (+0.5 dB), equivalent input noise below -94 dB. Crosstalk specified at -100 dBu channel-to-channel. A 20-segment LED bargraph switchable between direct and matrix output, plus PFL on all inputs and matrix outputs.
